We remember our essence as women is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also draw reference to the movement forms that we practice: Wise: the wisdom of yoga. Wild: the creative expression in dance. Free: expanding our capacity to enjoy our bodies through sensual movement.
Class Info: The class is approx. 1hr15mins. Wear yoga/gym clothes and bring a blanket or warm layer for the relaxation part of the class. Please bring a yoga mat. Water bottle and a journal and pen are optional.
