Through Cacoa, Meditation, Journalling and a Shamanic Despacho Ceremony, we will journey into our hearts to connect with gratitude and love.

We will begin by drinking ceremonial cocoa and setting an intention, Sal will lead us into a guided meditation to prepare us to open up our hearts. Pulling 3 Oracle cards and participating in a traditional Qu’ero Despacho gratitude ceremony with Meghan before ending with a ritual to call in love to our lives.

Cacoa contraindications: The only contraindications are mixing ceremonial cocoa with antidepressants, pregnancy, nursing mothers, or if suffering from heart conditions or serious illness.
