Join Meghan + Tracey for Hearts Break to Open: a day-long retreat woven through ceremony, creativity, sound healing + deep connection. Held in the wild beauty of Kernow, this gathering honours the ancient truth that the heart does not break to end, but to expand.
What You Will Experience:
Opening Women’s Circle
We begin the day in the Sacred Kernow Studio, arriving in circle with gentle intention. Here, we welcome one another into a space where nothing needs to be fixed or hidden, where the parts of us that have stretched, fractured, or softened are allowed to be seen. Meghan will guide a women’s circle that honours the truth that hearts break not as endings, but as thresholds. In this opening ceremony, we explore the tender places within us: the places that ache, the places that are healing, the places that wish to be held differently. Through guided reflection, shared storytelling, and gentle ritual, we begin the journey of opening. This first circle lays the ground for the day ahead, inviting each woman to hold her heart with reverence and to trust that how it has broken is also how it will shine.
Sound Bath Healing Journey
A deep rest experience using Tibetan bowls, Reiki-infused sound, and intuitive frequency work. The sound becomes medicine, working gently through the cracks, softening what hurts and amplifying what is ready to heal.
Seasonal Lunch: Nourishing the Body + Heart
A beautiful communal meal crafted with love, grounding us in nourishment, belonging, and shared warmth.
Kintsugi Ritual of Golden Repair
We will each hold a handmade ceramic heart and then:
Break it.
Witness the pieces.
Sit with what fractures within us.
And then repair.
Using gold resin, we will mend our hearts back together again, piece by piece, not to hide the break, but to honour it. Inside the broken hearts we can write what we needed to hear + heal. Tears may flow and they will be seen, felt and held to honour our ever-expanding hearts. This will become a personal altar piece, an embodiment of resilience, of beauty after rupture, of how life remakes us.
Closing Integration Circle
A gentle grounding, blessings spoken into each heart, and collective witnessing of what has shifted.
