Celebrate International's Women's Day in Community!
You are invited to a Day Retreat on International Women’s Day with Sacred Kernow + Sacred Space Healing: Weaving Strength, Celebration and Sisterhood
When: 8th March 2026, 9.30am-4.30pm
Where: Sacred Kernow Studio, Liskeard
Cost: £65 (includes all materials, refreshments and lunch)
On International Women’s Day 2026, you are warmly invited to a nourishing, creative day of weaving, remembrance, sound, song and soul-rest: a space to honour the women who have shaped you, the community that holds you, and the many parts of yourself that are blooming strong.
Together we will slow down and gather in circle, working with yarn, thread, crystals, flowers and intention to create a woven wall hanging or altar cloth and a nature bundle: living symbols of sisterhood, connection, honour and becoming that you will take away with you.
The Day Will Include:
Opening Circle & Welcome: A gentle arrival into shared space, intention and presence.
Honouring & Weaving: You will the opportunity to honour the women you love, past or present, who have bloomed with strength and the parts of yourself that are also blooming strong. Together we will weave community, memory and meaning into form by creating a woven wall hanging or altar cloth using yarn, charms, beads, sticks, flowers, copper wire and intuitive design. This will be set to music and song, collectively raising our voices in sisterhood and power.
Shared Lunch: A pause to eat, rest and connect.
Sound bath Journey: A deeply restorative sound bath to soften the nervous system and integrate the work of the morning.
Final circle and close: We will end the day with nature offerings and each participant will participate in a ritual creation honouring past, present and future, weaving together natural materials and a selenite crystal into a bundle to carry forward intention, remembrance and becoming.
Soul Moment & Closing: A final soul moment of reflection, gratitude and gentle completion.
