Gentle Emergence will help you hear the voice of your intuition and connect deeply with your internal compass. This is an opportunity, at the start of the year, to turn inwards, remembering who you authentically are and how you want to feel as you move forward into 2024.

This retreat offers a tender spiralling into your heart - an invitation to reflect on the year before and spend some time feeling into how you want to emerge into 2024.

The retreat will include embodied movement practices, exclusive rites of passage, somatic exercises and meditation, visits to sacred sites, creative rituals, ceremony and plenty of space to slow down and align with the core of who you are.

There are only 6 places available for each Sacred Kernow Retreat, to keep our connection intimate and meaningful.

Cost*: £475 for solo room (double bed) - 3 available; £375 each for shared room (1 shared superking bed) - 1 available; £315 for those staying in own accommodation. There are a number of hotels and Airbnbs within walking distance and you can bring a campervan and park on our property.

*I offer sliding scale pricing, scholarships, resource exchanges and individualised payment plans to make my retreats as accessible as possible. I’m happy to work with you to ensure that finances are not an obstacle to attending a Sacred Kernow Retreat.
