Meet me between the moors and the shores at our home in Liskeard, Cornwall and join the community of women who come to experience the magic of Sacred Kernow.

Sacred Kernow Retreats are unique portals of reflection and transformation. They weave together my 20+ years as a social justice activist and women’s empowerment facilitator. They are centred around my passion for the power and potential of women gathering in a multi-day retreat container.

Taking inspiration from the turning of the wheel of the year from winter to spring, Rest, Release, Receive invites you to experience your own awakening. The beginning of spring is a beautiful moment to slow down, nourish yourself and take time to reflect on what you are ready to release so that you can welcome in and receive what you want and need for the year ahead.

This retreat offers an opportunity to explore and honour the parts of ourselves that have been sleeping, resting or lying dormant, perhaps through the winter and maybe longer. Together, we will experience an awakening of the parts of our divine feminine soul that may have been silenced or cut off. There will be space for deep rest, nourishment, grief, rage, resistance and releasing obstacles that may stand in the way of our purpose and living each day as who we authentically are before the world told us who we should be. Finally, we will experience an emergence - naming and claiming all that we want to receive after we leave the retreat space.

This retreat includes embodied movement practices (Qoya), exclusive rites of passage, somatic exercises and meditation, visits to sacred sites, women’s circles, creative rituals, ceremony, optional cold water swimming, hot tub/cold plunge experiences, gifts throughout the weekend, nourishing food and plenty of space to slow down and align with the core of who you are.

You will have access to a retreat-specific WhatsApp group before and after the retreat and it is also my commitment to support and nourish you from the time you book on to long after you have attended a Sacred Kernow experience.

Cost*: £475 for solo room (double bed) - 3 available; £350 each for shared room (1 shared superking bed) - 1 available. All food, towels, linen etc are included.

If you prefer your own accommodation, there are a number of hotels and Airbnbs within walking distance and the cost of attending is £315 including all activities and food.

*I offer sliding scale pricing and individualised payment plans to make my retreats as accessible as possible. I’m happy to work with you to ensure that finances are not an obstacle to attending a Sacred Kernow Retreat.

Payment: £150 deposit to secure your place and payment in full by 15 February 2024.
