Through movement, ritual and gathering in community, we remember our true essence as wise, wild and free.

In this extended Qoya workshop, we will explore the second of the three key pillars of Qoya – Wild. In this session, we will dance a 90 minute Qoya class to explore how it feels to connect to the wild power of self-love, in our bodies as we show up today.  To complement the class, we will engage in a story telling circle and a tailored ritual to further embed the theme of self-love.

The class will be held in my home. Address will be sent upon booking.
